Dr. Amara Osei-Bonsu
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Osei-Bonsu founded TheraCare with a vision to bridge the gap between hospital-level care and the comfort of home. With over 15 years in clinical nursing and healthcare leadership, she brings both expertise and heart to every aspect of the organization.
Marcus Webb
Director of Physical Therapy
Marcus leads our physical therapy division with a focus on orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. His patient-centered approach has helped hundreds of North Carolinians regain mobility and independence after surgery, stroke, and injury.
Priya Nair
Director of Occupational Therapy
Priya specializes in helping patients relearn the daily activities that matter most — from cooking and dressing to driving and returning to work. Her holistic approach integrates cognitive, physical, and environmental factors.
James Holloway
Director of Skilled Nursing
James oversees our skilled nursing programs with deep expertise in wound care, IV therapy, and complex medication management. He is a certified wound care nurse with over a decade of home health experience.
Sofia Reyes
Speech-Language Pathologist
Sofia holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and specializes in dysphagia, aphasia, and cognitive-communication disorders. She is passionate about helping patients find their voice and reclaim their independence.

Care Coordination Manager
Denise is the heart of our operations — ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, physicians, and clinicians. Her background in case management means no detail falls through the cracks.
